EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
We do not offer free- shipping on return items. Customer will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If customer is issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned online purchased items must be accompanied by the packing slip and customs documents (if applicable).
You may return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds or Exchanges are allowed within 10 days from the date of purchase or from the date the item was shipped if the purchase was made online.
Items such as final sale items, swimwear, underwear, select lingerie, and clearance items, are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
Can I return “Final Sale” items?
Any merchandise marked or specified as “Final Sale” may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned.

- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 1 – 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.
- Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM CST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
- Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.

Next day delivery
- • Next Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 11:00am CST. Orders placed before 11am CST will arrive the following business day, by end of day. Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
