We do notoffer free- shipping on return items. Customer will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping  item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If customer is issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned online purchased items must be accompanied by the packing slip and customs documents (if applicable).


You may return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds or Exchanges are allowed within 10 days from the date of purchase or from the date the item was shipped if the purchase was made online.

Items such as final sale items, swimwear, underwear, select lingerie, and clearance items, are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.


How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.


Can I return “Final Sale” items?
Any merchandise marked or specified as “Final Sale” may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned.
